Q: What kind of shirts do you print on? |

Q: How are your shirts printed? A: All of our shirts are screenprinted (Siebdruck)! This is more expensive than e.g. digitial printing, but ensures high quality, more wearing comfort and long durability. |

Q: Where are your shirts printed? A: Our shirts are printed by hand at the Diakonische Werkstätten Großenhain (workshop for mentally ill people) in Germany. |

Q: Do you sell other colors than black? A: We only sell black shirts at the moment. |

Q: How do your shirts fit? A: Our shirts tend to fit in between a basic fit tee and a slim fit. You can check out our sizing chart here. |

AUGMENTED REALITY |

Q: How does this AR-thing work? A: We use Flash to show augmented content in your browser. The FLAR-ToolKit is used to track the marker on your t-shirt. Papervision3D gives the AR content the three dimensional appearance. |

Q: It doesn't work with my computer. Why? A: Please make sure Flash Player is installed in your browser. |

Q: My browser window shows only a black screen. Why? A: Allow Flash access to your webcam. Click "View AR", than right click inside the browser window, choose "Settings" and allow access to your camera. |

Q: Under which conditions does AR work best? A: The black square on your t-shirt needs to be completely in the image of your webcam. It should also look somehow square. If this is not the case, try to pull your shirt a little bit to make the front reasonably flat. |

Q: What currency are your prices? A: Euro - But you can pay in any other currency using PayPal. |

Q: Can I pay via bank transfer? A: This depends on your location. We use PayPal, which is fast, free and secure. PayPal accepts credit cards and in some countries bank collection or other common payment methods. |

Q: Can I receive a tracking number? A: We try to keep shipping cost low, thus tracking numbers are not available. |

Q: Where do you ship? A: We can ship almost anywhere in the world! |

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed? A: Once an order is submitted through our website, it is usually not possible to make changes to the order. We do our best to pull and ship orders as quickly as possible which makes these types of changes very difficult. You can always contact us using our contact form to request a change to your order, and we will try to catch it before it ships. |

Q: Will there be customs fees applied to my international order? A: International orders may have additional fees applied to them by the receiving country's (your country's) customs agency. Unfortunately, AR-Tees has nothing to do with these fees and is not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. To learn more about your country's customs fees and any other import duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your country's customs agency. |

Q: What is your return policy? A: We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, simply send an email to us using the contact form and request a return authorization number. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). Exchanges must be made for shirts of equal or lessor value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of AR-Tees. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your return. |
